  We would only choose to use another rental Car company if Access did not have any cars available in future having used this company.
  
  From the moment you are greeted at the airport with patience even when your flight is late or you've misplaced your phone nothing seems to be too much effort for the team at Access Car Rentals.
  
  Until mid 2015 we always went with a bigger Car Rental Company however for sometime they seemed hit & miss when providing a paid customer service.
  
  Then we discoverd Access Car Rentals and such a high standard of customer care as well as service.
  
  They go over the car with you. The cars are always clean, the team is always friendly and willing to go to great lengths to make sure you have a positive experience renting with them.
  
  We can't recommend them enough having used their services several times now with such consistency we are sure you will be happy customers too.

  Access Rent A Car were very professional and helpful when other car companies did not provide the service that suited us for a 1 day stay in Adelaide. Patty was extremely helpful via emails and prompt with her responses. From the onset I felt that, as potential customers, our needs were a priority. I was on a cruise and they provided the service for us to pick up the car from the cruise terminal (which is a fair way out of town) for a very reasonable price. We were also transported back to the cruise terminal on returning the car. The car was a little Fiat and was very comfortable with 300km included in the price. Patty and staff are to be commended when other well known companies were less than flexible. I highly recommend using this company! Thanks for making our stay in Adelaide well worthwhile.
